1. How far in advance should I book E.K. Productions?
   As soon as you know your date you should book E.K. Productions in order to ensure the M.C. of your choice. We are currently booking up to three (3) years in advance.

2. How long has E.K. Productions been in the industry?
   E.K. Productions was founded in 1986.

3. Is E.K. Productions insured?
   E.K. Productions is a fully insured corporation. We are insured for two million dollars.

4. How far in advance does the staff of E.K. Productions arrive at an affair in order to set up and prepare?
   The staff arrives approximately two to three hours before the start of an event.

5. When do I pay the balance of my bill?
   The balance is due on the day of the event before the start time.

6. How can I pay my balance?
   If paid on the day of the event, a bank check is required. If you prefer to use a personal check, payment is due two weeks prior to the event. We do accept credit card payments. We accept Master , Visa, American Express.

7. Am I guaranteed the M.C. I book?
   Yes. We feel that our reputation is the most important thing we have. The M.C. you book is the M.C. you will get.

8. When is my Party Portfolio due?
   EK Event Planning Essentials Portfolios along with all other information is due two weeks prior to your event.

9. Can I request a specific entertainer or dancer?
   Dancers may be requested for an event but cannot be guaranteed.

10. Does E.K. Productions offer dance lessons?
    Yes. We offer dance lessons in the privacy of your own home. Lessons should be booked one month prior to the event.

11. Is music provided for cocktail hour?
    Yes. Music is provided during all cocktail hours as well as ceremonies.

12. Are gratuities included in your package pricing?
    No. Gratuities are NOT included. As a guideline, we suggest $50.00 to $100.00 per entertainer.
